Restorative Practice
Reiki
Quiet care for rest, grounding, and reset.
A gentle, non-invasive practice offered while you remain fully clothed. Sessions create intentional time to slow down, rest, and reconnect with a sense of calm.

A Pause With Purpose
Room to settle and be present.
People experience Reiki differently. We describe it as a complementary relaxation practice—not a medical treatment or a promised outcome.
Relaxation
A low-stimulation setting designed to support rest and ease.
Grounding
Dedicated time to slow your pace and reconnect with the present moment.
Mindful Rest
A fully clothed option that does not require massage pressure or active movement.
Complementary Care
May be scheduled on its own or alongside massage, acupuncture, or other wellness care.
What to Expect
Simple, quiet, and guided by your comfort.
Settle In
Remain fully clothed and share any preferences or boundaries before beginning.
Rest Quietly
Your practitioner places hands gently on or just above selected areas of the body.
Notice Your Response
Take time afterward to return gradually and reflect on how the session felt.

Your Reiki Practitioner
Meet Julie
Julie is the clinic’s sole Reiki practitioner. She offers a calm, grounded presence and gives each client room to experience the session without pressure or predetermined expectations.
Her broader background in therapeutic and restorative bodywork helps her create a comfortable experience while keeping Reiki clearly positioned as a complementary relaxation practice.
Complementary—not medical—care.
Reiki is not a substitute for medical or mental-health evaluation and treatment. If you have new, severe, or persistent symptoms, seek appropriate licensed care.
Your Next Step
Make room for a quieter hour.
A 60-minute Reiki visit with Julie is $105. Book through Mindbody, or call the clinic if you would like to learn more before scheduling.
