Appointment Changes

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Call 763.477.1338 to cancel or reschedule.

Appointment Policy

Cancellation and no-show policy

Because appointment times are in high demand and are reserved specifically for each client, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $60 late-cancellation fee. Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment are charged the full price of the appointment.
